One evening per week beginning June 2014

Confidence Building Course
Partington Library and Wellbeing Centre
Course begins Friday 2nd May 2014 (for 4 weeks) 10.00am to 12noon

An extra half-hour has been added as we are now running accredited courses and this will be run as an Open Award Level 1 qualification. This FREE short course is aimed at adults who want to build up their self-esteem and confidence: Learn what triggers your emotions; Look at positive thinking styles; Learn how to overcome fear and deal with stressful situations; Identify your own values and what limits your self-belief. One to One Computer Sessions (Free)
Support for anyone who would like to learn basic computer skills, setting up email accounts, writing CV’s, surfing the net and anything else you might be interested in. Please contact reception at the Wellbeing Centre to book a session.
Reading and Writing Course
Enrolment Friday 2nd May 2014 at Partington Library and Wellbeing Centre 1.00pm
Course starts: Tuesday 6th May 2014 1pm to 3pm

This FREE 10 week practical course is suitable for adults who require support to read and write. The course is designed for Adults aged 19+ whose first language is English. On completion of this course, we will signpost you to a relevant provision to continue with your learning journey.

Locations: Library and Wellbeing Centre (Partington).Courses can also be designed to run from any venue throughout Trafford provided there is a viable class (8 learners). To register your interest, call us on 0161 886 7443.
