The Partington Library and Wellbeing Centre (formerly known as the Healthy Living Centre) provides a central focal point for the community health provision. The centre boasts a wealth of great facilities including the Rainbow cafe, computers for public use, the Partington Library, Partington Central Surgery, Partington Family Practice, Partington Dental Practice and many smaller rooms with community facilities.

The 'Wellbeing' section of the centre is operated by blueSCI - a not-for-profit social enterprise organisation. At the cenrte in Partington they support people through the 5 Ways to Wellbeing: Connect; Be Active; Take Notice; Give; and Learn. These five aspects of life are encouraged through the activities and services running at the Wellbeing Centre.
