AFC Partington was founded in 2009 by a group of local people with a passion for football and with the intention of being a welcoming and community based football club. The club is a welcoming and friendly local club and is affiliated to the Chshire FA. The club currently plays in the Timperley and District Junior League with 4 squads, Under 9's, Under 10's and Under 12's.

Club aims
To be a place in which people can enjoy keeping fit, playing football socially, and getting to know people in and around the community environment.

To create opportunities for local community members to learn and play football.

AFC Partington mission statement is...

To play football to the best of our abilities in a manner that honours and respects our team-mates, the opposition and officials as we represent Partington.

The club train on Tuesday nights in summer (July - September) 5pm- 8pm on Cross Lane Playing fields. During autumn and winter the club train on the 3G Partington sports village complex from 5pm - 8pm.

The clubs home ground is - Partington Sports Village, Chapel Lane, Partington, Manchester, M31 4ES
